With a heritage in healthcare marketing, communications and technology, Dave has worked with pharmaceutical companies, the medical profession, research organizations and patient groups for over 30 years, completing various types of marketing and strategy projects across almost all disease areas.

Peter Umekubo | Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Peter Umekubo is a senior executive and strategist for the pharmaceutical, life science, and healthcare industry. His passion for improving the lives of patient, caregivers and families struggling with healthcare challenges has made him a leader in developing and implementing innovative Population Health, Disease Management, and digital health strategies and programs.

Prior to joining CareLink360, Peter was the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, while also consulting in the healthcare industry in a variety of therapeutic areas, Neurological Diseases, Oncology, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Mental Health Disorders.

Peter has over 15 years of commercial experience across the pharmaceutical, medical food, dietary supplement, medical logistics, medical device, and healthcare non-profit industries.

Paolo Narciso is a social entrepreneur and accomplished leader renowned for driving transformative change in non-profit and technology sectors.
Former VP of New Product Development and Program Optimization at AARP Foundation, he spearheaded solutions addressing social isolation among low-income older adults, including the award-winning Alcove virtual reality app. Paolo also pioneered voice-enabled technology and AI solutions to enhance income, housing, and food security for vulnerable populations.

Matthew T. Riccio, MA, MPhil, Ph.D. | Advisor
Dr. Matthew T. Riccio, MA, MPhil, PhD, is an expertly trained statistician, social psychologist, and behavior-change researcher with more than fifteen years of combined research (UI/UX, quantitative/qualitative), data analytics, lab, and project management experience in private, public, industry and academic settings.
